Below we present information about tuition and accommodations and a registration form for you to send along with your check.

FEES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Tuition fees for our one-week workshops are $675 per person or $1,250 per couple; the tuition for the two-week course is $1,300 per person or $2,300 per couple; the tuition for the three-day courses is $425 per person or $775 per couple; the tuition for the two-day courses is $300 per person or $550 per couple, except for Concrete Countertops, the tuition for which is $375 per person, $700 per couple. Additional materials fees (if any as shown in the course description) are included in the fees below, unless they are optional, in which case we will contact you after receiving your deposit to determine your balance.
• Payment must be made by check or money order, payable to Heartwood School. Sorry, no credit cards accepted. A $200 deposit per person is required for the two-week course, a $100 deposit per person for all other workshops. A statement with balance due and other information will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. The balance is due two weeks prior to the beginning of class. If we don't receive final payment by then, we will offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
• All course deposits are refundable minus $50 up until four weeks prior to the class, after which it may be put toward another class during the same calendar year if you cancel.
• The couples rate applies to two people using the same registration form and taking the same course. Invite family, friends, or colleagues to join you for a Heartwood course.
• COURSE DISCOUNTS: Students taking more than one course in the same calendar year may deduct $50 per person from the tuition fee for the second course, and $100 per person from the tuition fee for the third and subsequent courses.

ACCOMMODATIONS

• Local accommodations and meals (with the exception of weekday lunches) are arranged by students individually. There are several hotels, campgrounds and bed-and-breakfast houses nearby that offer special weekly rates for those attending Heartwood (averaging $50 per night for a B&B). Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a list of housing options with prices and reservation information.
